Thank you for visiting the Golden Needle! Our store policy is to be as helpful and friendly as we can. We will help you select fonts and colors for your personalized articles. We will make suggestions and give advice on size and placement of your personal logo. We will help get your logo ready for machine embroidery. We will help you look for charts, threads, and fabric for that special project. We will teach you, to the best of our ability, how to read your chart and work your project. In short, we will do all that we can to help you have a pleasant experience in our shop.
That being said, there are a few things we cannot do. We cannot accept returns of embroidered goods. We cannot exchange a blank letter jacket after 3 months or a customized jacket at all. We cannot refund your money after you have accepted customized goods. We cannot accept returns on charts or pattern books. We cannot accept returns on threads. As a small business, we cannot refund your money on returns at all, but can issue store credit if necessary.
