Scroll Rod No-Basting System: Molded Hook Side For Fabric. The EZ Stitch No-Basting System enables the stitcher to attach and re-attach fabric to the scroll rod instantly. Specially designed sticky back hook and loop tape does the job. This is a 5/8in wide (3 yd) sticky back loop tape which permanently attaches to the scroll rod. Retro-fit any scroll rod to the No-Basting System. Made in USA.
