Our model is stitched on Needle & Flax’s 40-count Dolley Madison linen using one strand of DMC over two threads of linen. Our model is on Needle & Flax’s beautiful 40-count Steinbeck linen. One strand of DMC is used over two threads of linen; cross stitch is used throughout. Needlepoint Silk conversions are provided. The design was inspired by the poignant documentary "My Octopus Teacher," and the verse is from "A Mermaid’s Song" written by Anne Home Hunter (1742-1821). Stitch count: 130 wide x 197 high
