The model was stitched on 36-count Meadow Rue linen from Lakeside Linens and Designs, Inc. using silk threads from  Crescent Colours, Gloriana Threads, and Needlepoint, Inc.   DMC substitutions are listed in the directions.

Stitch count: 204 wide x 168 high

Stitches used: backstitch, closed herringbone, satin, smyrna cross, straight stitch, and vertical closed herringbone. If desired, cross stitch can be substituted for all but the straight and backstitches.
