The Golden Needle, located in Sunny Southwest Florida, is Charlotte county's
only complete cross stitch shoppe.
Our location features two floors devoted to fine counted cross stitch and
accessories. On our first floor we have opened a new classroom for all of our
functions and stitch-nights! It is full of many
flosses and fibers. Our upstairs contains hundreds of kits and charts, along
with one room full of all types of fabrics. If you are a beginner or a seasoned
stitcher, we can serve all of your needs.
We carry a broad range of accessories too. Including needles, scissors, stitching stands, -and even special lights.
Our friendly staff can answer any questions, cut fabrics, or just visit with

Nov. 6th Class with Susan

Our Pal, Susan Greening Davis, is coming for one day on Saturday November 6th to teach a marvelous class.
It's the snappie bag. These are nifty project bags are about 14" wide and 8" high with a really cool closure (It's a secret!).
Susan has a fabulous piece of banding she got on her last Germany jaunt that she has designed just for this class.
The class is from 9:30am to 3:30pm and includes: lunch, the complete kit, her trunk show, and loads of FUN! All for just $60! Sign-up today; we are very limited to the class size, and the spots are going quickly.

Don't forget Stitch Night! It's the third Wednesday of every month from
6-9p.m. It's at the shop and we have a great time. Bring a unfinished piece or
two with you, and your slippers if you like. Give us a call if you are coming so
I can have enough chairs and drinks available. We have a great time. Come and
meet some new friends, and see what they are stitching!
